Grizzly buffer question

I just got a grizzly belt grinder/buffer and now I need to get some buffing wheels. So what size wheel will give me the best sfpm without boging it down, also how thick should the wheels be? After I sand with the belt what would work better to get up to cut&color, greaseless or glue grit system?
