Can someone give me a review on Performance Armoury?

Howdy,

A friend of mine wants to buy from Performance Armoury.

Can somebody give me a review?

Here is his question:

I am looking at placing an order for some armor through a company
called "Performance Armour", owned by a Derek Stiver. Has anyone,
or anyone you know, ordered from his company? I want to know if he
is reliable and if he delivers his products on time.

I was looking for someone who has bought from them, and has a comment.

I've bought from those who don't have web-sites before, and I've been satisified.

They're just down the road from me.

I haven't ordered from them, but they seem to have a really good rep locally. I just moved here this year, but some of the Indy guys (T-Bob?) should be able to give you better feedback.

I have not seen their work, but they are building a pretty cool web site. There's much more info on custom details that might be used compared to other armourers sites.

I and others I know very well, have made purchases from them.
Derek is awesome at communication, and his work is very well thought out. My only caviat is if you get custom work, make ABSOLUTELY sure you both understand what you want...just to save time and frustration for both parties.
Plus...he makes nice TI leg armor....

I purchased one of Derek's simple globose breast plates for my 14th Cen. kit. He is an ESCELLENT communicator and I was as pleased as I could be with his product. He got my armour out to me fast. I would recommend him to anyone.
