Stupid question... maybe?-
Would anyone be interested in making the fingers for finger gauntlets? It would be for rattan combat and I'd need JUST the fingers. I have an idea for making hand protection that would kinda disappead to the eye but I'd need the fingers to do that. Again, it would be for rattan combat and would need to be able to pass instpection at places like pennsic.
I'm just curious to see if this idea would actually work.

Sorry I couldn't give you a firm price, but Gruber and I had a "proto-type price" and I wouldn't want to give you a number that was way off, or hey couldn't honor...
Mine are going to be basiclly a leather 1/2 gauntlet with knuckles, finger and thumb assembly out of blackened spring steel - protection should be more than enough, but the black fingers and thumbs would blend in better with my early period rig - much better than shiny steel late period versions.
As soon as I finish them, I'll try to post photos...
