Suggestions on SCA Legal Loaner Lamellar Armour?

Good Morrow,
I would like to receive your suggestions on SCA Legal Loaner Lamellar Armour.
I have enough lamellar to make the body armour, shoulders, and skirting for the loaner armour. (I think…it’s 40 pounds of lamellar…)
What time period or style had lamellar?
Could you post some pictures of SCA rigs using lamellar, links to Osprey type books on time periods that had lamellar (on Amazon) and even web-sites if possible.
I still need to provide protection for the knees, thighs (sort-of…the skirting will cover some), elbows/arms, goret and helm. Suggestions are requested!
And, if you know how to adapt a lamellar body armour so it fits the HUGE and LITTLE with just a quick adjustment, please let me know!
