First piece at air planisher....

Post by Halberds »

Sorry... I could not find my last post about this.
This is the part Alcy told me to get:

This is the air hammer tip that is to be used on the for sale... "Planisher Machine".
This is also the cheap air hammer device shown.

With the help of Plasmaman, we will fabricate the frame for this machine and make it work.

The foot air switch control will be extra... I can give a link where it can be purchased.

One will also be needing the extra lengths of air hose and proper fittings.

A 5 HP. compressor is recommended....

Hal

Ps: I am working on a fluting die as we speak.

Am I to understand that you will be fabricating the planishing machine itself?

I would certainly be interested in one if you are. already have a compressor of more than adequate size (27 gal 5.5hp - 155psi)

This is the hammer and anvil so far.

I used the "Newbie Tool Kit" mushroom for the anvil.
I hope to design some degree of adjustment into this device.

I will let you know how the frame comes out.
