I missed this thread the first time around. Is this the outfit I made the chausses for?

Yes it is! I posted on a prior thread all the vendors/armourers that contributed to the harness including Historical Enterprises. Unfortunately we did not get any good pictures, only video, with her in those chausses (at least none where you see them well, though a friend of mine said he might have some. By the time this picture was taken by Newsday, she had grown several inches taller and her feet got bigger, she could no longer fit in the custom chausses you made. We found out she had to go to the Newsday photo shoot on very little notice, so my wife knocked out a pair of quickie linen chausses, which is what appears in this picture.
The chausses you made were much nicer, they fit closely and had a better color and texture. We gave out notes at the 100 minutes war listing the armourers and their contacts, including H.E. I did not ask you to make another pair, because I think she will no longer fit in the armour shortly and it will be relegated to an armour stand in my house.
I will be posting more pictures of the suit when I can find time to be at home with my computer, the digital pic CD's and the camera. If I can get any that show your chausses I will include them.

You needn't go to any trouble on my account, I was just curious if this was "The Outfitâ„¢". How very cool, very nicely done.

Have you thought of donating it to the Philly in your daughter's name? I'd think their education department would be beside themselves with joy if they had something like that to use in their program, and it would be a wonderful legacy for your daughter. I know how much most education programs need child sized anything to use in their programs, and this is just spectacular.
Just something to consider!
