Articulated gorget (Progress pics)

As promised a month ago, here are the progress pics of Milliniumlancelot's gorget. I should have hardended, polished and assemble tomorrow....

sweet...Its not even done and already I love it!

It was worth the wait.

Dan, if you get a chance Id love to see the straps too....if not...its ok..I know your busy!

I should have pics of the straps for you tomorrow as well. I wanted to finish those up today, but just didn't get to it. I'm glad that you are happy with the progress so far.

Ok, here is the finished project, along with the straps that will get mounted onto the cuirass he ordered from another vendor.

The embossing on the straps didn't show up all that well with my camera. The leather is oil tanned latigo, so it didn't take the embossing wheel as well as I had hoped, but it is there, faintly.....

Nice....I love them, can't wait to see them on the breastplate.....its gonna rock!
