Serious help.... Does anyone know where St. Michael is?

I live in NY and there was a truly gifted armourer here in Manhattan named Saint Michael that did some work for a few friends, but now that I am ready to have some work done he has completely vanished. I have heard rumours as to why, but nothing as to where he has gone. Can ANYONE help me with this, because his work is the exact sort of thing I loved.
