Claude Blair and the Armour Research Society

OK, I'm bragging here.
Claude Blair, arguably one of the most influential names in the study of arms and armour of all time, has read the ARS Journal. The following quote is taken from the December 2005/January 2006 Newsletter of the Arms and Armour Society.
"Claude Blair has had the chance to see a copy and has informed the Editor that the current publication is very good with some outstanding and very important contributions to the study of armour."
It is nice to know that our work was well received by this learned gentleman.
