Well, two years and change of saving, and my B-2 finally arrived! Very exciting day. Cannot wait to get cutting!

How much did your B-2 cost? Is it worth the difference in cost between the B-2 and the B-3? Oh yeah--do you know if a B-3 will cut 14g mild steel? Apologies for all the questions Image Thanks.

B-1 are rated for 14ga mild, 18ga stainless, B-2 are rated for 10ga mild, 14ga stainless, and B-3 are rated for 3/16" mild and 10ga stainless.

Unless your cutting out hundreds of helmet tops a B-2 should be sufficient.

I have my shop in the garage so I worry about humidity, I usually spray the tools down with Break Free (love the stuff) when I'm done for the day It doesn't get crappy if you leave it sitting like wd40 tends to
I like using manual transmission oil as a cutting lubricant, I've kept hearing that it's not really necessary, but I believe in being kind to tools that cost as much as a beverly does
