I don't know if this has been posted before, there are a lot of old pictures of the (former?) collection of Bayerisches Nationalmuseum at:

Click on the picture,
press "Orte",
press on the + by the "M",
find "MÃ¼nchen" and press the +,
press the + by "Samlungen",
+ "Ã–ffentliche Sammlungen",
+ "Bayerisches Nationalmuseum",
+ "Kunstgewerbe",
and finally the + by "Werkzeug, Waffen und RÃ¼stungen"
It's worth it, because there's a lot of high-res picture of 15th and 16th century german armour...

Ther shoud be a "vergrÃ¶ssen" button at top centre of the image window which should do the trick.

I was there a couple of years ago, and they had only a small fraction of this collection on display, and they don't allow pictures or sell a catalog either. The current display is much more organized than the first set of pictures indicates. Thanks for a great link!
