Okay... I edited the code so it would show up. Since UBB twiddles any code you enter when it makes the post, I'm not certain what your actual error was. Here's what you *should* have put in, though:

Using HTML syntax:
<center>
<img src="http://home.armourarchive.org/members/conrad/Armour/lion breast.jpg">
</center>

Using UBB syntax:
<center>

</center>

Putting spaces in the file name "lion breast" will work most of the time, but you sometimes have to be cautious -- it's generally best to not have your filename consist of space-separated words. You can avoid potential problems by using %20 (hex-20 = decimal 32 = ascii space) in the pathname.

P.S. I hope this works first try... editing posts which have commands typed out can be a pain. Image

BTW... ooOooooOOooOOOooooohhhh! Image

Does the fluting running up the center of the piece look crooked because of the curve of the breastplate, or are you "merely" 100X better than I'd be?

It is slightly crooked actually, I boutght this breast plate so I am no where that good. But I did try and flute the center, the problem was a dont really have a good fluting jig for doing a flute that long.

I( payed $50 for the breast, back, and full gorget that matches! hee hee hee hee

Spaces break filenames in Netscape.

Use %20 between lion and breast.
