pattern help!

I'm using the legio XX patterns for a Corbridge type A segmentata, but the patterns as used from the website aren't to scale. My question is: How can I scale them up on my computer to be actual size?

The same pattern is available in the pattern archive, full size.

yeah I've tried the ones in the pattern archive as well. It's the same problem. The built in ruler on the patterns (I'm assuming for use for scaling the pattern up/down) lists 3 inches, but by my measurements, those three inches are really about 2 and a half. So what can I/should I do to get the proper size?

Your everyday copier has a +/-, increase/ decrease size function on it. Print your patterns then copy and change size as needed.
