X-POST. ANYONE IN LAS VEGAS?

Hi folks.
Well. I have inally managed to track down the missing beverly shear that was supposed to be brought back to Australia for me but was instead handed to someopne I have never met in the US and has stayed there ever since.
It is in West Virginia..... I have absolutely no idea how or why.

I have a friend that is attending a conference in Las Vegas this week. He is at the Alexis Park Resort till Friday morning. I am going to try to have the shear shipped to him by some SUPER RELIABLE express service (if anyone knows of one that they trust completely then please let me know their details). If something goes wrong and the shear gets there after he leaves I need a backup plan.

Are any of the archivers based in Las Vegas and able to grab the shear if it doesn't get tot he hotel until after my friend has left. It would then be a matter of keeping the shear till DHL or someone collected it and shipped it to me for a way more money then I am happy paying (their quote was around the $550 to get it here. Yikes).

Most of my in-laws live there. Some of which are in the SCA as well. Give me a holler if you get in a bind.
