Dumb question: Is there such a thing as a Burgundian style (15th cent.) Breast and tassets? "Gothic" ... small flutes .. fleur des lise ... sallet? Can an educated person set me straight plz? Anyone got an Illumination or picture?

I'd expect it to be fancy, even fanciful, and curvy -- Burgundian style armor design is, like, the anti-fourteenth-century. Cusps and flutes that don't look Maximilian or German... get inspiration from Negroli or Missaglia.
Burgundian really got going in the sixteenth, did it not? So we may not be looking at plackarted two-piece breasts, but likely to more elaborated forms than the standard 15th-c. globose whether one piece or two.
Look also at Flemish designs of armor from around the same time. They were like Burgundian Light, and you may find something that attracts you in their more restrained approach.
