Onion top helm?

I seem to recall an armourer that sells onion top domes, just the dome not the whole helm. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Wouldt that be Ironmonger?

Might also be Cet except I think that he also sells just the pre dished parts ready for you to weld as well as pre welded ones.
