I'm trying to track down a few pieces of armour near Udine, Italy? Udine is near the northeast point of the country. Does anybody ever visit there?

Are you looking for the "Diavolo" harness (Beata Vergine delle Grazie)? I would love to know how it is exhibited and what accompanies it. What is the story with those horns?

I have friends spreaded all around the area, more information you can give me, more i can try to search them for you. I don't exclude to go there personally if it worth the trip.

I think I can help you from my office by phoning local "Soprintendenze" and researchers: bureucrats can be a hassle to deal with but I can give it a try, excavated items are in their hands.
Send me a pm if you wish
