I'm doing some work in steel again for the first time in years. Put the Beverly through its paces today chopping about a 20x48 piece of 14 ga. and I had forgotten just how much physical effort is involved. Or maybe it's just that it seems like more at 52 than it did at 32 :P

It may just be that you have not used it in some time.

I cut a huge amount of projects out for me about eight months ago _two great helms, two bascients with visors, two spaulders, coat of plates, five pairs of gauntlets, couters, poleyns, a kettle helmet (forgot some of it sadly...) and other bits and had to cut some things out yesterday after I realized I forgot a few things. I am not even really old but my arms were pretty tired after it though as you see I cut alot at one time. If I felt I could secure my garage enough I'd leave the beverly up all the time but not how it is right now.
