The Barony of the Cleftlands did a 'field trip' to see the exhibit, and it was very impressive. There's a discussion thread on the topic somewhere on the Archive, but my Search-fu is weak. The exhibit is also reviewed in the current issue of Tournaments Illuminated (by a Cleftlander, naturally)

If you're near enough, I recommend the trip. The catalog of the show was not (IMO) worth the asking price, but they were selling TOMAR in the gift-shop at the end of the show!

My 10-year old nephew was utterly blown away, and spent an hour listening to the running commentary from some of our armorers. (If you're going with friends, bring a laser pointer for highlighting details they should look at - if you get too close to the suits on open display, the "SCA detector" alarms go off. They were ringing frequently as our group made their way through the galleries.)
