tilt helm

i have searched and searched all over the net but i can't find a single pattern for a tilt helm. i think they're also called frog helms. please could you help me.

That's probably because a tilting helm is only good for tilting. You can't really wear one as costume or for re-enactment style sword combat, and to make an authentic reproduction you need to be able to work very heavy steel.

The good news is that if you have some armouring experience, it shouldn't be that hard to pull off. It's basically just a cap piece rivited to an over-sized wrapper. Find some good pictures and go from there.
