New policy's for Rough from the hammer

greetings,
Due to the rising rates for shipping and the large number of small orders that I have received, I will need to start charging shipping for orders as follows;
For orders up to 50.00 20% will be added.
For orders up to 100.00 10% will be added.
For orders up to 200.00 5% will be added.
For orders over 200.00 shipping will be free.
The normal turnaround time is now 4-5 weeks.
These new policies will take effect immediately. This will be posted on my website if I can ever get into it to edit it. If anyone knows how I can do this PLEASE tell me, my website was set up by Matt Broadway who does not know how to help me at this point.
