Begginings of leather elbow/knee cops.

A few weeks a go I sewed a knee cop out of a piece of scrap, and somebody suggested that I make a wooden form to hammer-shape wet leather over to get a rounded, dished look for the bottom of a cop.

Well, I made the wooden form. It was kind of a bitch.

I'm not good with armour patterns, meaning that I have to tweak/try/tweak a lot before I get what I need.

But with one try I was able to get a 3" depth to this tiny elbow cop. The cutaway on the other side didn't have to be sewn shut to get the shape, so it should be fairly easy to make a pattern knowing that the depth and shape of the bottom of the cop is correct.

I'm pleased.
