Yes. Certainly. But you have to know that :
There were (and I do hope will) no serious injuries or casualties. So no one ever tried to prosecute property owner, or a participant, or ones who made the fest.
So we have never delt with law. BTW, weapons are not sharpened so it's REPLICA, not a cold weapon. It's just a model.
