Here are a couple of pics of some stuff I have been working on lately whenever I get a chance. Inspired by a combination of different sources, gothic, Italian export and a few others. I consider it at about the 75% complete stage, still need to strap, assemble and such but most of the grunt work is done.
I had hoped to have it done in time for Diamond Wars but I don’t think it’s going to happen. Damn work and school. As always critiques/comments welcome. Oh and everything is made out of aluminum.
Breastplate with faulds. This turned out ok, fluting is not as sharp as I wanted but it fits well.

Backplate with faulds. Version 2.5, took a while to work out the bugs so it actually fit against the back properly.

Pauldrons (AA pattern with haut guards added). These were fun to make, I like the haut guards. I’m interested to see how they work in combat.

Leg bits (modified Sinric pattern). Shown are the cuisses, wrap plates, knee cops and cop reinforcements which will be fluted and riveted over the top of the cop for strength.

Arm bits Gutter rebrace, left/right cops and soon to be hinged vambraces. All will be articulated by leather strapping.

Right elbow with extended coverage I just wanted to try this to see if I could do it. It actually fits great and has almost full joint protection without binding anywhere. It was a bitch trying to get the way I wanted though. I think I’ll wait for a bit before attempting the left side.

Besagews or mini cocktail snack trays? Slightly alcohol inspired.. I wanted something different from the usual stuff I make. I’ll finish it off with maybe a little brass work to pimp it up a bit. It really catches the light and reflects it back at you, must be all the mini parabolic dishes. Still don't know if I'm going to use it or not.

As far as pre-annealed, I have no idea since I got the ex-signs for free (legally btw). I didn't anneal anything.
I'm curious on what your criteria for "sport armor" is.
