Hmm. Well, the problem with using another's pattern for making a gauntlet is that everyone's hands are different, and gauntlets need to be made specifically for the person. Mine are big and skinny, so none of the patterns out there that I've found worked for me. I did attempt a right hand of thor z's pattern with a little modification, but it turned out too small and didn't work well at all. The best thing to do is get out a tailor's tape measure and start measuring your hands to make your own patterns (sigh...). Make sure you are measuring your hand while holding the haft of your weapon. Otherwise, you won't be able to open your hand!
For finger lames, make them really wide. I've never made any mittens, so I won't go there. If you want some mittens, ask Zweihammer if he has some of the DIY kits. He sells them for 40 bucks. Not a bad deal at all. (there you go Zweihammer, a shameless plug for your business Image )
Sorry if I wasn't of any help.

Yes sir, that would be them. Everyone here says they're well worth the 40 bucks to get them. Just ask Zweihammer about ordering a pair. He may have a pair in stock still.
