Sources and help wanted for hoop oval marquees

Hello,
2 previous threads on tents in Historical Research got me thinking a LOT about what I want to do to replace my current pavilion.

I do not have the time or proper equipment to sew a tent. We camp ~2 weeks at Pennsic and <14 nights of camping the rest of the summer event season although that may change as Eleanor gets older. The last tent lasted 10+ years and I'd like this one to also be a 10+ year purchase so it needs to be durable, high quality, AND matching where I want my historical authenticity to be over the next 10 years. That is pushing me toward a hoop construction oval marquee. I have generally convinced Liz that this is the right way to go but she doesn't want to invest and camp in an experiment.
Are there any merchant that makes 'off the shelf' hoop tents for the LH crowd? Are there any merchants (apparently Tentsmiths) that will do this as a custom? WHAT exactly needs to happen inside the rim to make this possible? Does anyone have construction sketches or instructions that can be shared?
I have a feeling that the information is out there as I have been perusing tent pages for a while but I haven't done more then internet research and will openly admit to being a "lazy historian" on this topic. I want the answers without doing the research.
Any help is appreciated.
Sean
