Hi

I have a small questionf for all you from the US, which would be the most of you I think(?)- Home I use aluminum railing for my shieldedges, and cover it with 3mm leather.
Can you get aluminum railing, the U-shaped one, that fits on 1/2 inch plywood over in the US?- if not what should I go for- last time at Pennsic I didn´t bring my shield and I hated it during pickups-- so this year Im building a shield when I arrive.

Sometimes you can get the Al channel at larger hardware stores ( Home Depot, Lowe's ) but at almost every hardware store you can get this material that I use. It's in the shelving section and has many small holes some circular some rectangular. It is used on the inside of cabinets and small brackets clip into the holes making supports for shelves. It's a lot cheaper than Al. channel and somes in 4' 6' or 8' lengths.
