Re-enactment Buzkashi rules

Post by Norman »

Thanks to some input from this board, I wrote up some suggested rules for playing Buzkashi in an SCA-type situation.

Suggestions, comments... all welcome --

Norman-
Here in Arkansas (Meridies and some of Calontir), we play blood of heros or dogball. We even have a "Blood of Heros" tournament in Calontir. It is easily adaptable and a hell of a lot of fun.

Anyone up for playing buzkashi at Pennsic next summer? I know some folks who are serious "Blood of Heroes" fans. (Ask me about the "Rutger-rama" film festival some time... Image)

If there is any Red Kaganate presence at Pensic, I suggest that we'd have an obligation to host the game.
(both rattan and "fencing")

...course, I'm not likely to be there Image
