When will Pennsic combat schedule be posted?

Hello,

This question is VERY early and I assume the Pennsic war-points are still being negotiated never mind scheduled BUT my household regularly tries to hold a Pennsic meeting for voting on spending camp tax, planning parties and any household business. In the past we have accidentally held meetings while fighters were still returning from major tourneys or opposite such trivialities as kingdom courts. We were discussing on when we might try to schedule our meeting this year and want to see what we can avoid conflicting with.

Anyone know when the Pennsic schedule might be preliminary posted?
