Flamberge (sword) Vibration?

Post by Caius705 »

Pulled this from an ARMA website (http://thearma.org/terms4.htm)
When parrying with the flamberge, the opponent's sword was slowed slightly as it passed along the length. It also created a disconcerting vibration in the other blade.
Has anyone experienced this, specifically the vibration part? Or is there a period citation for this? Struck me as odd.
