See Blackmore, H.; _Hunting Weapons From the Middle Ages to the Twentieth Century_; Dover Publications Inc., Mineola, NY, 1971.

This is an pretty good work covering most hunting-specific weapons of the period, and it includes several nice pictures of what you're lookingh for.

SyrRhys beat me to it. Blackmore's "Hunting Weapons . . " is an excellent introductory source thjat is inexpensive AND readily available. If you want reral nice weapons to look at, find a used bookstore that has old Sotheby's and other auction catalogs, the finer hunting weapons are always well illustrated as they are excellent eye candy and always bring a high price. Most of the old Sotheby's catalogs that include weapons have 3-4 beautiful hunting weapons.
