Nah, not at all YG. I was marshalling and I started yelling at Shameless and I pulled her out of the mine. I was certainly out of line.

Shameless is still at the event, hopefully enjoying a lot of Duke Palymar's smoothies (which I had to miss, sice I had to donate blood for my upcoming surgery today)..
I will see her and her knight, Sir Malcolm tomorrow, when they get back in town. I'll make certain she sees this post.
I know it's easy to get caught up in the moment, especially when a lot is going on and/or tempers have been flaring (especially if you are marshalling and trying to help calm stuff down). It takes a big person to admit when they are wrong(or over-reacted), even more so in a very public setting.
I haven't heard anything from them about the event yet, so I don't know (nor do I need to know, smile) the details of this incident.
Thanks for apologizing.
I hope over all you had a good time at the event, I know I hate the fact that I had to miss it..

Ouch!
Whoa there, Shamey....everyone has a chance at redemption....
My first war, Estrella, early 90's. I got very excited to see red tape in my area of attack. I uncorked to the best of my ability. Unfortunately, it was at the red tape on the back of the helm!
An Aten knight rightfully jumped down my throat and ate what I had for breakfast. I apologized in a rush of sentances crammed together with no punctuation.
All I'm saying is that unless your sword was cored with lead or rebar or something along those lines....no infraction is insurmountable. DOn't give up on the list field; there's room for you there.
