Gladiatoria translation update

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to get some feedback on the post I put here awhile ago asking about anyone doing a translation for Gladiatoria. ARMA is doing a translation of the Gladiatoria text and was looking for anyone to assist in translating Medieval or Old German.

I've heard that Grzegorz Zabinski is working on translating it, has anyone got an update on this?

Cheers,
Wyrmspleen.

I recently saw a video by Bart Walczak of ARMA Poland, who co-authored the translation of Codex Wallerstein with Grzegorz Zabinski, showing some of their interpretations of the Gladiatoria techniques. The techniques were kick-ass. I have not heard anything about when their work will be published but I'm dying to see the translation.

I will find out about the schedule: I just finished editing an article for him, so he's expecting to hear from me this morning.

Bart is a good guy, but to refine Randall's post, he is not the cotranslator, but is assisting Grzegorz with interpretation, just as I'm "working on" Leckuchner, having done the transcription and interpretation, but scholarly credit for the translation belongs to Grzegorz' alone.
