I've known J-P for sveral years, initially meeting him back in '98, I believe. I hadn't seen him in about a year and a half, or bit more. He walked up to me and had to remind me who he was!

Dmitry, how could I be offended? I *WAS* a fat guy. I'm really pretty happy about not being one anymore, but keeping weight off is actually harder than losing it, IMO.

Thanks for posting that Aiden... I want to keep seeing what I don't want to go back too... makes telling myself "no", easier.
