[SCA] Marshalling Procedures

Does anybody have procedures for their kingdoms marshalls written down in a very basic and step by step way?

I am looking to make a very detailed procedure guide for our marshalls about exactly what they should be doing in every paperwork situation such as:
Renewing a lapsed card, authorizing a new fighter, promoting a senior, filing an injury report, etc.

I was hoping that I could find out what other kingdoms did and see if there were any possible improvements to our system. I won't be changing anything drastic but if there are little benefits from other ways, then why not use them.

I recall Atlantia having a rule for every occasion, have you looked at their website?
