Hats off to the trainers in the Kansas City Area!

I had a very rare pleasure tonight. I have just experienced watching a fighter improve in Time-Lapse.
Less than a year ago, I had the pleasure of crossing swords with a new fighter from Calontir. His name was Nakos Theodorosides, and the army had brought him to my local Stronghold on army business. He was a very nice guy. He played with us for about a month, and the army sent him someplace else. He was pretty much a stereotypical new fighter.
Tonight, I got the pleasure of fighting him again.
By comparison, it was like being dropped into a tank with the most polite great white shark in existance, or perhaps being savaged by a courteous wolf you knew as a puppy. He behavior, appearance, demenour and prowess were all excellent, and it is obvious that he has received instruction in something other than just plain being a stick jock. This young man appears to have received the right kind of training, in every way.
Of course, he now bleeds Calontiri Purple, but I suppose that is to be expected.
It is very rare to see a fighter improve this much in less than a year. I can only attribute it to the combination of personal determination, and excellent instruction.
If you know any of the persons who are involved in training fighters in the Kansas City Area, please pass on my compliments to them.
Thanks
