I didn't enjoy that very much when it was encountered in another Kingdom.

Aaron, where did you encounter this bizarrely unacceptable behavior?

Contact lenses!

As I fit them for a living, if you want any info about them please ask. I'm not your eyecare provider and all that jazz, but I can point you in the right direction.

If you think you fight well now, being able to SEE the man you want to hit will make you all the better

I have the most amazing phobia of putting something in my eyes. I've stiched myself up and watched surgery on myself with almost enjoyment...but when I had contacts made about ten years ago I spend almost 40 minutes trying to put them in. I was covered in sweat, and couldn't do it.

I'm talking 40 minutes of doing NOTHING but trying to put those lenses in. It was amazing to find out I couldn't overcome that limitation with shear willpower.

Maybe lazer keritotomy at a later date...

But if you have advice, I'd love to here it. Please e-mail me at miaullis@yahoo.com.

the fear of putting something in your eye is normal. it took my about an hour to put in my hard contacts back when i was 10 or so. i've been on and off since then due to eye problems and improving technology. the problem is that the first hurdle is a big one to get over. once you get used to it, you can have both lenses on in under 15 seconds. what i could recommend is cleaning your hands VERY carefully and practicing just touching your eyeball without twitching if you want to get over it. we have those instintive reactions for very good reasons, so they can be tough to get over.
