ISO - Headlesse Household fighting manual

Post by bend_gules »

Greetings good cousins,

Recently I went looking for my copy of the Headlesse House Fighting manual, which I got, pre-internet, fairly early in my SCA life.

Sadly, it seems to have gone a-viking.

I hear word that this venerable text is now available online, but haven't had any joy finding it w/ Google.

Can anyone point me to a downloadable copy?

Many thanks, regards,

Genevieve

Oh! Oh! Me too! And if it isn't available online I'd like to make it available online. I'll scan it or re-type it if need be.

Duke William the Lucky gave my squire brother a copy with the understanding it was only to be given to fighters in the barony, therefore I doubt that it has been made electronic.

You could always try and get in contact with Bill and see if you arrange something with him.

Hmmm. Well, it was fairly widely available when I joined the Society in the principality of Ealdormere, basically at the cost of printing. But I've only ever seen paper copies.

I just wondered if there was a main site for electronic distribution.

Cheers,
