Guys, we really need an LH Inspiration thread, one that we can all sink our teeth into. And I do NOT mean James de Biblesworth sticking his spear up Winterfell's ___.

These were from the last good snow we had here in Louisville. I was bored, had garb and a camera with auto timer. So I went to our local park and scared a few local sledders as I trudged through the snow, spear in hand. One lady asked me: "Are you dressed up for something?" I smiled, said No, and kept walking.

Hibernicus and I hiking a few years ago - at 6500' of altitude.

Each of us is loaded out with full marching kit - about 100-110 pounds, including armour, clothing, rations, weapons, tools and incidental gear. This was a short hike, only a few miles.

Day-yum.

I'm curious about the helm in the last two pics. The wings are awesome, but I can't place the visor.

Help?

Pic of me right after I won Crown in Atenveldt. The tunic I am wearing was hand made for me by Mistress Amy Marie McComrick. It inspires me everytime I wear it.

My Prince, it is truly an inspirational fighting kit. The no-nonsense, lightweight components and your consideration for style fuse harmoniously in the combination of armor and exposed fabric. I hope, as an athlete, that my first true fighting harness (estimated to be ready before next season begins) will be able to mimic the practicality of your gear in this picture.

Not an action shot. Just some stuff that inspires me. Took the shot for a class.

The game is called Gluckhaus. If you just google it you'll find everything
you could want about it. Here is a short explanation of the game.
