I am looking for a specific still of the movie Excalibur (Boorman, 1981)

The image I am looking for is towards the end of the movie, Perceval is back after throwing Excalibur, looks for Arthur and he cannot find him,
Then he sees the boat, with the three queens standing, holding hands and arthur laying on the boat.

I am looking for the image of the three queens. After seeing D. Sebastian's shield jobs, I may try my luck at something more artistic for this year.....

What is your Persona?
I recommend finding period art and then using that style to create what you're envisioning.

I think it would work anywhere.

THAT"S IT, the last ones!! but as good as you are capturing the scene, it is hard to see, especially if you are artistically challenged such as I am.

My persona is a man at arms serving the Richard, Duke of Gloucester, brother to King Edward. His famil y originated in the south, near Needwood Forest, where they were outlaws. Pardoned by Edward III, they served as archers in the wars in France and with the loot acquired small holdings, which they nursed to make them grow. The family can now support a small retinue of servants but there has not been a knight in the family yet. The arms originated after Rowans grandfather was captured by the Scots during a border skirmish, and taken near Edinborough to be held for ransom. While there, Rowan's predecessor used to go hear mass at a little chapel called Rosslyn Chapel, built only a couple of decades earlier. Apparently he learned something of a profound religious nature while there, because he was given a set of arms, granted to him as a boon by the Sinclairs, and was later released with only a token ransom. Since then, most men of the family have been devoted to Mary Magdalene, the Madeleine, and taken the inverted chevron, the white rose and the chalice as their devices.... Most men of the family have made a pilgrimage to Rosslyn, but with the wars with the Lancastrians, Rowan has been remiss. Apparently his predecessor has left a letter for him at Rosslyn explaining the reason for the family interest in the place, and he is supposed to do the same when his turn comes....

As for the art, there is plenty of 15th century shield art to take a clue, I am just such a bad artist..... I may need to hire you

Addendum:

As Arthur lies dying, he tells Sir Bedivere (Sir Griflet in some versions) to return his sword to the lake by throwing it into the water. Bedivere is reluctant to throw away such a precious sword, so twice he only pretends to do so. Each time, Arthur asks him to describe what he saw. When Bedivere tells him the sword simply fell into the water, Arthur scolds him harshly. Finally, Bedivere throws Excalibur into the lake. Before the sword strikes the water's surface, a hand reaches up to grasp it and pulls it under. Arthur leaves on a death barge with the three queens , to Avalon where as his legend says, he will one day return to rule in Britain's darkest hour.

If one is killed on the field and taken from it "on his shield" if the three queens are painted on it, one is sure to make it avalon, since a heater is shaped like a boat.....
