No, not Pittsburgh . . . the Debatable Lands. That's why that area was called the Debatable Lands.
But because of the aforementioned long losing streak, by the time the East achieved a victory those Lands were debatable in name only, so they never did actually change hands.
Yah but.... I've NEVER heard anyone say "loser gets the Debatable Lands". It was Always "Loser gets Pittsburgh".
Even back in Baron Bobby days, I wouldn't have been willing to give up the BMDL...Pittsburgh was another story

I'm afraid I'm the closest thing HRM Konrad has to a daughter, and my husband, my Prince, and the mundane authorities might object to a match between me and one of HRM Lutr's sons.
Her Majesty Brenwen has a lovely fifteen-year old ward by the name of Katheryn, though, who might suit. (And she's going to kill me very, very dead if she ever gets wind of this...)

Whenever the legislators endeavor to take away and destroy the property of the people, or to reduce them to slavery under arbitrary power, they put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereupon absolved from any further obedience

Pittsburgh *is* a nice town.
Back in the days when the steel mills were running 24/7 and you couldn't breathe the air, I think that was a different animal.
Stuff a few fighters in a car, and find the closest local group not in your kingdom to the west. Go to their fighter practice, and lay some smack down. If you win the majority of the fights, put up your banner, declare the lands yours, and head a little further west next week.
Easy.

Which was the first Pennsic in which you participated, Sir Gavin?

Baron, it takes me a week to get to the next Kingdom west. Ok maybe not a week but at least 12 hours. Can we go east its closer only about 3 hours or so.
