My mad computer skillz are failing me. Can someone point me to the requirements for getting warranted as a youth marshal?

it should be in the kingdom newsletter.
for some the kingdom webpage is a little hard to find that type of informaton.
Some places make it a little bit chalenging with traditional requirments that I can never seam to find.
For instance being a marshal in training under an experianced marshal till some obscure prererquisits are meet.
