18Ga Mild steel with 12ga stop rib, supplied with rivets - including 3 dome head rivets for the stop rib.
Undersides of all plates painted with black rust guard paint.
All holes pre-drilled. you will need to supply your own leather and buckles.

Give or take:
From shoulder to just under your ribs you want about 16" (40cm)
Around your torso just under your ribs you want to be not too much thicker than 40" (100cm) with a shoulder to waist of about 23" (59cm)
The above measurements were taken over aketon and maille.you could probably get away with 2-3" on each measurement given above as I wrote that for the covered cuirass which has a far lower fit tolerance.
