HammerBreaker Armoury

Well, I'd love to give my review but seeing as I don't have my armour yet I can't. When, if, it gets here I will give a review with pics. All I can say at the moment is I have not had any problem with the armour and every request about production of armour seems to have been met. However, the first set was sent on May 16th, got to customs and vanished. The replacement set was sent Oct. 19th and is still sitting in a postal facility somewhere in the Ukraine. If it keeps happening I'm gonna end up paying more for shipping than I did for the armour! Already payed two shipping bills, second with insurance and not looking forward to paying a third! I have seen pics and it looks beautiful. I've just never layed hands on it and purchased it quite a while ago. As far as I can tell I am the only customer of HammerBreaker that has had such shipping issues. Everyone else seems to have got their armour with little delay... Has anyone else had these issues?

Good day every one
As I was attent to make that armour as one of the armourer from HammerBreaker (which I am not anymore) I take all responsibility for that situation and now I do my best to complete this order.
The replacement set was sent and now is on the road. It is a fix for me also.
Thank you for your pacient.

I'm not trying to give a bad review. HammerBreaker has been very easy to deal with except for our shipping problems which is no fault of theirs. Just so everyone knows my first package was lost and sent back to Alexander by USPS. I'm just worried that my new package is stuck in Ukraine according to the tracking system.

Its been two and a half weeks and it seems the package is still sitting in an Ukrainian postal facility. Any reason for that?

Well, I can find only one reason - "Ukrainian postal facility" itself.
Seems to me they move up but the old system is still working, it cause problems.
But in general - I don`t know...

Ok, It says its still in Ukraine. Its been almost 3 weeks. I would just sit back and be patient but I did that last time and waited 3 months then the package never showed up. Someone at HammerBreaker or Alexander needs to go to your local postal office and demand that the problem be solved!

Seriously?
Look, what if I told you there was something in a US Postal Facility?
And you should go to your local post office and start demanding things.
See how that works out for you.
You're asking the same impossible thing.
I know it sucks, but you're at the mercy of a governmental institution **IN ANOTHER COUNTRY**, not the armourer.

Especially in the Ukraine!
Their Postal system is a far cry from what ours is.
This is a risk you take from purchasing armor from out of the country, especially from am Eastern European one.

You're in luck! They have a web presence... even a phone number for support!

Hope this helps... post back and let us know what's up!

I've emailed with no responce. And our postal service lost is the first time! In other words government institutions doing much of anything anywhere. I didn't have much of a choice though...

Damn, Samuel is it you or me so unlucky with this package?
This problem had happen only with your package, I am desperate. In Monday I will write the claim to find where it is. But I hope It just a website`s delay and you get your stuff before long.
2Eirik: this telephone number is useless for this situatiatuon. If you want to know where is your package you should write a clain, not in any ways alse.
I feel like this is a curce.
And Samuel, you shouldn`t wait when postman bring notification for you, go and ask "Do you have my package? Where is it?" I will do the same in my turn.
Good luck and good day.

Alexander, I know this isn't your fault. I'm just starting to wonder if I'm ever gonna get my armour and have been very upset by this! I'm gonna go ask them right now! Again! Cross your fingers!

Alexander, This is what we are gonna do if they don't get it here sometime next week. We are gonna use UPS! They have many hubs in Ukraine.
http://www.ups.com/content/ua/en/shippi ... vl=PNRO_L1
Not to mention they will pick it up from your house or business even if there isn't a hub in your city! So you won't have to take the train. So have UkrPoshta get it back to you if its still in your country. They should refund shipping cost seeing how they guaranteed shippment within 2-3 weeks with the smt insurance I paid for. If its in my country and on its way then fine, but I am no longer giving a single dollar to government run any thing! First my country screwed it up and now it seems yours has. UPS has always delivered fast and quick to me. UPS and FedEX scan at every stop. Government run mail doesn't. They are lazy and don't care. Its much harder for ups or fedex to lose a package because they always know where they are. I am sending you an e-mail now, check it please.
