I got the small brass mace head.
A little too small for my needs.

And the aluminum war hammer and mace head.
All and all, good cast products.
However, they will take some sanding and finishing.
I need to file the waffle pattern into the war hammer head.

I will post pics of how mine turned out, when I get them finished.
All in all... 5 out of 5 on Friemans vendor scale.

By the way...

Does anyone have any pics... of what the handles are supposed to look like?
I can get hickory shovel handles at the hardware store.
I can also carve square and round dowels.
I learned wood carving from making muzzle loader stocks.

I do know the square socket war hammer head, has some metal strips running down the handle.
It would be good to rivet these strips to the head. Yes?
I saw a pic where a metal strip was wrapped over the head and riveted to the wooden handle.
Hmmm....This should be a piece of cake. 8)

Thank you for your support.

Hal

PS: I think I will use the small brass mace head for a butt cap on one of my spears.
