Merchant Review: Somomailler

Short version: 5 out of 5 in the Freiman scale.
Some of you may recall that due to my insane work schedule and my lack of skills, I asked for help to get straps to strap the awesome greaves I got from Gunther of Orkney...
Somomailler offered to make them for me, and they arrived in record time, but there were a couple of problems. Upon contact we discovered his better half had sent me by mistake the set of straps meant for their own use for a different purpose... Somomailler apologized profusely, promised to deliver a new set ASAP and even offered to refund my full payment for my trouble....
I obviously declined the latter (as this was a simple mistake), and in a very short few days later I received the nicest set of straps I have seen made for armour. Now I can strap my greaves, and the first set of straps will be on his way back to him as soon as I can get my overworked behind to the post office.
Price was great, communication was fantastic, quality superb, andhe displayed the willingness to make things right that marks the best merchants, making a potentially troubled experience into an awesome one.
I will contact him for other stuff he makes, and I will watch for his offerings. I know I won't be disappointed ordering from him again, and I am sure you won't be either.
