Botched Klap visor for sale.

Post by Mad Matt »

It's 14ga mild steel. I ripped a hole in it with my air powered fluting hammer because I didn't check the air pressure. I've got about 20 minutes left of work to do on it and it's done. I'll finish it. There is a visible weld on the inside in the center a little below the oculars other then that it'll be the same as the ones on my site. But I can't put a less then right visor on a helmet someone paid full price for.

Will have the oculars cut out and polished to satin but no breaths or the additional holes drilled in the oculars. I'll be happy to adjust it to the width of your helmet. Most normal human beings can't adjust the width on these.

$150 shipped. No sending money until I say it's actually done and ready to ship.

Link to the helmets section of my site.

I'm really tempted because your visors are very nice, but I don't have a spare bascinet to match right now and I have so many damn armoring projects that want my attention already. I have a long armor backlog of my own, but it's made up of stuff I bought and need to finish, not stuff I sold and need to make. :)
