It's a pretty large piece, measuring 75" long, with quillons of 30-1/2" wide.
I added the leather ricasso wrapping, which is stitched on the back side, and the fringe on the grip. I also beveled the pommel edge and layed brass detailing into grooves I cut on both sides. I also blued the pommel.
This is a very rare piece, with a high degree of collector's value.
Asking price is $850, which is a steal for a piece of this type, especially considering the reputation of its maker. Shipping is additional, via UPS at actual cost.
