Does anyone know what's going on with AB? I got a newbie that ordered a helm, knees, and elbows about 6months ago with no word.... Not responding to any e-mails... Are they having a bad case of "life"? If anyone's got any info, please pass it on....

I've got an overdue order for a pair of hilts and a shield basket. Of course, not as overdue as your friends order.
I haven't inquired about it yet. Will do so today. If I get any kind of response, I'll update here.

I have a friend who ordered a helm from AB and it took 6 MONTHS for him to get his helm. He also had to track it down after the guy at AB shipped it to the wrong STATE.

A few of my new guys ordered helms and assorted bits in the spring with a promise date of early July, and definitely before Pennsic. They haven't heard or seen a thing.

we just got our order of helms from them. seems there was a nasty sickness that he was dealing with. but after emailing AB the order was to us in days.

One of Valerian's guys here - and yeah, we're starting to get concerned. Illness is a perfectly understandable delay - but I'd like to have an idea if/when we can expect our kit. It was a significant investment for us.
We haven't been able to get any kind of response from AB to emails; I've been considering giving them a polite call to inquire but have read some posts here that suggest such calls are not well received. If anyone hears anything or knows how to reach them, I'd love to know.
