On time shipping = 2 (it was seriously delayed, however, once the package shipped, it got here in three days!)
I think that the difficulties (communication and shipping time) I've had with Westland have been well hashed out on a different thread.
The price is of course out of this world.
The product is great (I saw some of the paint overspray that has been previously mentioned by others, but otherwise everything looked solid, thus a 4/5), as I assumed it would be. There were two pairs of shoes in the box that we didn't order and two pairs that we did order that are missing. I was able to get in touch with him via IM on Facebook and he has offered to ship the missing shoes ASAP, and offered to allow us to keep the wrong shoes as compensation for the shipping delay of the original order.
Westland also reports that he is caught up on orders and things are shipping on time now. I think that it is fair to say that you can order with confidence... (in spite of my at time vociferous frustration in previous threads)
